IASP is accepting applications from pain professionals interested in attending its 2019 Southeast Asia Pain Management Camp April 7 to 11, 2019, at Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. The camp will be followed by the 8th Association of South East Asian Pain Societies (ASEAPS) Congress April 11-14, 2019. Deadline for submissions is 11:59 p.m. Eastern U.S. Time on Friday, December 14, 2018.
IASP reviewers will choose 30 attendees for this five-day intensive residential course, which will boost understanding of pain concepts and the basics of interdisciplinary pain management for health care workers starting pain services or working in pain and related fields in Asia. It also will foster closer collaboration among Asian/Pacific pain practitioners and raise the level of care for Asian/Pacific pain patients.
